You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. NRI users represent and warrant that their use of the platform and any resulting investment activity complies with all applicable laws in their country of residence.
To generate personalised astrological signals, the platform requires your birth date, time, and place. You warrant that this data is accurate to the best of your knowledge. ASK For Future is not liable for incorrect outputs resulting from inaccurate birth data. By providing birth data, you consent to its use for astrological computation as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access to premium features is subject to payment of applicable subscription fees. India-based users are billed in INR via PayU. International and NRI users are billed in SGD via PayPal. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. ASK For Future reserves the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASK For Future, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or reliance on the platform's content; (b) any investment decisions made based on the platform's signals; (c) any financial loss arising from market movements; (d) any technical failure, data loss, or service interruption; or (e) any unauthorised access to your account data.
Our aggregate liability to you or anyone else shall not exceed the amount of Fifty Singapore Dollars (S$50). This limit applies even if the stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
International users, including NRIs, are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform and any resulting investment activities comply with all applicable laws in their country of residence, including RBI guidelines under FEMA 1999, SEBI regulations applicable to foreign investors, and all tax laws in their jurisdiction.
All content, algorithms, designs, code, and materials on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ASK For Future. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
